Everton Official Website has announced that they may have the second pre-season signing in a day or two.
It seems that Johann Vogel, who's the Swiss team captain, will be signing for the Toffees. I'm not sure if he is very good, but two things are going for him.
1. He will be a free transfer.
Anything that comes free and with experience will be good for Everton. I hope that he does not come as a dud like Per Koldrup.
2. He has European experience.
Having played for PSV, AC Milan and Real Betis, he has accumulated some experience. I believe that if he does well, he should come in as a able replacement of Cars for the future.
