After yesterday's win, Everton next match will be against our bitter mersey rival, Pool. Also over the last couple of days, Everton was picked to play against Second Division Peterborough. This Cup, though is not as glamorous as the Champions League, proves to be another avenue for clubs to get hold of some silverware.
Everton's squad is much stronger this season and thus, should use this opportunity to not only try out the youth, but also to put some players back to their paces.
