It's been a win, then a lost, and afterwhich a win and a lost. If you're going by this sequence, Everton is suppose to win next. But we really do not know which Middlesborough will turn up. Also, Arteta will be out for the next three matches because of his red card.
Thank goodness the next two other matches are not against the big teams and the Toffees should be able to cope with its current depth of players. Yak is going back to his old club and this should be incentive enough for him to demolish them for not treasuring him as a player.
Everton should be bitterly upset that they did not get anything from the Arsenal game. So with much bubbly and good cheer, let's get our New Year on the road and give them a thrashing that they'll never forget.
