After narrowly beating Peterborough, Everton will now face Luton Town led by Mike Newell, the former of Everton in the 90s.
Currently, there are 32 teams left. Out of the 20 Premiership teams, 16 teams are left. Three of the Premiership cup-tie, meaning that definitely, three Premiership teams will be out by the next round.
So considering the opponent that has been drwan with Everton, we should have an easier time proceeding to the next round of the last 16. BUT, don't count the eggs before they're hatched.
