NEWCASTLE vs EVERTON - FULL TIME

Am I getting better with my prediction or is Everton fast becoming predictable? I got the team line-up and the scoreline correct but was placed on tanterhooks as Everton, though battling for every ball, looked over-rawed. They were losing most of the 50-50 balls.

No complaints about the results, but not too happy with how the players performed. AJ had to move deeper to retrieve the ball and thus, posed little threat to Newcastle.

We are now two defenders short - Nayce out because of his injuries, and Hibbo out through suspension.

This game was a tale of two red cards, two sending offs, and two points dropped for Everton.

Score: Newcastle 1-1 Everton
Scorer: Timmy

Team Line-up (Rating)

Howard (7)
Nayce (6), Lescott (7), Yobo (6), Hibbo (5)
Arteta (6), Timmy (8), Cars (6), Neville (7), Ossie (6),
AJ(6)

Subs: Beats (7) Valante (6)

No complaints????? Their goal was MILES offside! And then Roeder had the cheek to go on TV and try and claim credit for springing our offside trap. Come on you blues!

Top blog by the way!

I'd take it on the chin coz the boys didn't perform well enough to merit that extra two point.

Yeah, the linesman was Newcastle's 12th man!!!
